No hot water one blind did not close properly.nice beds shower not working bar not open all day
Brilliant location. Close to the beach, football stadium and shops. Staff were friendly. The thing that lets it down is the room. There were stains on the bed sheets, the bathroom was filthy, we had no tv remote, the carpets looked like they’d never met a hoover. The room looked like it had previous water damage.
Had a great experience. Room was spacious with a desk, smart tv and a toilet. There was a bath but opted for the communal shower instead, which was in decent condition. Easy access to both south and central piers. No bother from other guests or any staff, just given instructions and left to enjoy our time :))) would stay again. Definitely one of the better places I’ve stayed in Blackpool!
actually awful the room was small with a broken door, the bathroom had no shower and the mattress had blood stains we didn’t even notice until the morning after we had slept there. the walls are extremely thin we could hear conversations from downstairs, and at some point in the night police had to come because they were looking for some guy -who was apparently staying there - due to an incident that happened very close, police searching the bins and all around this “hotel” later in the night we heard shouting and a lot of b... read more
