Fantastic location. Room was clean, comfy bed and staff very kind and helpful. We found a Polish shop very close and fantastic kebab behind the corner. Definitely we'll back.

For the price, this was a fantastic hotel. The service was wonderful, I’d like to personally thank the man who was there when we arrived and checked out. He was amazing. Helped us out, showed us everything and made sure we knew everything before we went to our room. The room, was lacklustre. There was unfortunately mold or something on the walls (not a lot, but some), the blinds weren’t properly connected, the bed was really nice and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely (it also had something on the walls), the drawers were ... read more

Absolutely disgusting! First checked in being approached by an intimidating coloured male with dreadlocks. Only decent staff member was the white male scouser. 2 men in the back room smoking with the day open. Hallway stunk of smoke. Noisy. Checked out at 6:30AM and came downstairs to the said coloured male with dreadlocks in the tv lounge dancing with a cigarette in his mouth with a dozen females who were dressed inappropriately. Would never recommend a stay here
