My husband and I had a recall for a Tire Carrier Cable and had an appointment scheduled at this Toyota dealership for August 26, 2021 930am. I will never shop here again! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE and dealt with Bryan (salesman) and Steve (manager), and I was sold a fairly new car with dry rotted tires!
