Great personal, The guys I dealt with were super nice, ***** and ******* got me a Rav4 with exactly what I needed. They did not take long to get me my car. Definitely recommend this guys !

Let me tell you about how I took my brand new grand highlander to get serviced at Toyota of new Rochelle. Aside from the slick remarks, I come to find out when taking pictures of my plates to get them replaced they took it upon themselves to go ahead and change the brackets on my car to say new Rochelle Toyota. They must not know how the law works since this is considered vandalism. Worst experience. Wish I could give zero stars. Took a deposit from me for a Grand Highlander Hybrid which they told me I would have in one month, but the car never arrived (apparently it was inexplicably delayed). Always had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, just to have someone tell me they would get back to me later that day on the status, and they never would.
