I have to say new rochelle toyota is a 5 star dealership all around. Working with **** was a pleasure and I'll be sure to return to him next time I need anything. In my last visit to this location, I gave my service advisor ******* a 5 star ****** review. ******* had to either resign or was let go because he was too honest and professional to work for such a greedy and an unethical dealership.This time I wish I can give this dealership 0 stars. When Mr.******* was leaving he asked to speak to myself the Service Manager ( *******************************). When I went out to speak with Mr. ******* he informed me that we scratched his car. When I inspected the car he told me you can only see the scratch in sun light. He got me the 4Runner I wanted right away. **** in the financing department worked with me to get me a good interest rate and put me in an affordable monthly payment. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism I was provided with from the whole team at New Rochelle Toyota. I will recommend buying a car from this dealership to my family and friends. This review is in regards to the service center, not the dealership. Unfortunately, the staff at the service center use intimidation and the perceived naivete of a young woman to scare her into paying for $1,600+ of additional services after coming in simply for an oil change. The tactics to try and get me to leave to my vehicle behind and rack up an astounding bill is shameful. Went to Toyota New Rochelle August 7th 2023, to purchase a vehicle fortunately the deal fell thru as the insurance payment for my totaled vehicle was taking too long to provide me with funds to make the purchase more affordable to me; My family was hit with a life threatening medical emergency.
