I had such a wonderful experience doing pregnancy yoga with Emily. She’s so knowledgable and helpful (big bonus that she’s an experienced midwife) and made the atmosphere so relaxing. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Oh and amazing snacks!

Highly recommend Emily's pregnancy yoga class, it's so important to take some time to yourself to relax, breathe and move your body during pregnancy and this class feels like a cosy treat on a monday eve. Mats, blankets and pillows are all provided which is very convenient and dimmed lights, candle, music etc all makes it feel so cosy and relaxing. There's a few parking spaces on site but it's on a really quiet part of an estate so also loads of easy street parking. Also really nice to have a catch up and a tea and a biscuit... read more

Have been a few times now to new moon pregnancy yoga and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Emily is really lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Highly recommend Emily’s pregnancy yoga classes! I didn’t have much yoga experience beforehand so it was all fairly new to me, but Emily made me feel so welcome and I’ve been enjoying it so much! It’s been great to meet other expectant mums and it’s lovely that we can all have a chat about our weeks over a cup of tea and Emily’s homemade treats!
