Really disappointed with the service today. I ordered food for Eid and ended up waiting over an hour, only to be told that items like the roasts were no longer available. There were multiple customers waiting and clearly frustrated, with no clear communication or updates from staff. What made it worse was that orders were still being taken despite the kitchen obviously being overwhelmed. Been ordering consistently from New Midland Catering around 15 years now, whether it being birthdays, weddings or religious events. I have never had a bad experience and couldn’t say anything negative, absolutely lovely management and great service. Very fairly priced considering the high quality, food is always amazing and tastes so authentic. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
