I am very disappointed with Laxmi Jewellery's lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts, my calls were not answered, and I received no response whatsoever. It is now confirmed that the shop has closed, leaving many customers, including myself, with incomplete orders and no clarity and resolution. I handed over 3 tolas of gold and £500 to place an order for new jewellery designs. They promised the order would be ready in 3 months. Unfortunately, after waiting the full 3 months, I tried to contact them—only to find out the shop had closed down without any notice. I’m deeply disappointed and feel cheated. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please get in touch with me. We need to come together and form a group to take action and claim our gold back.

Whatever has happened to this business or owner but they have shown NO credibility and trust towards the customer who made order and paid money for the order. None of the numbers are contactable / reachable and seems no way you get your order or money back. Stay away from this scam and owners.
