I went there recently and didn’t even make it though the doors. It was supposed to be staffed from 14:00 but due to staff illnesses there was no one available. This was the afternoon on a Wednesday the one member of staff they have didn’t turn up. I wonder how many times this excuse has been used. I just wanted a day pass I didn’t want to sign up to an app.
