So quick review, Simon's gym, new barn gym, Really good, good atmosphere. I've been going for six weeks now. Can really feel an improvement. It's not like normal gyms. You can have pay monthly or pay as you go, which works for me in terms of schedule and everything else. What I like, particularly friendly people are really nice. And Simon style is, you know, you can go as hard or as easy as you like, but the main thing for him is just making sure that you're doing it properly. So he's always at hand.
