I got an email that said they were sending me a prepaid debit card in the mail, completely unsolicited. How dare a company do that? I want to be sure it won't affect my credit history. This is a disgusting practice and shoukd never be allowed. I already have a bank, why would I use a card that charges lots of fees, and especially that I did not apply for?

I wouldn't have gave one star except I had to. You place money in the card and then you cant use it.
This company down right sucks! My grandmother purchased these cards for all of her grandchildren for Christmas and no one has been able to use them. What a scam! I've called their customer service number and keep getting rerouted and disconnected. Do not purchase these cards!

Hopefully you don’t need customer service during this time. I have spent two days trying to reach them. I’m on hold for an hour at a time only to be placed on hold again by a representative and then hung up on multiple times. Very disappointing when all you are trying to do is feed your family.

My 13 year old daughter received an unsolicited Visa Debit card. Even if it is legal to collect names and addresses from Websites, unsolicited credit/debit cards should NOT be sent to minors. In my estimation it is an irresponsible business practice. The explanation I got was that they did not collect any personal information except name and address and that the card would have been denied at activation when they discovered her age during the verification process. Terrible company! Terrible customer service and terrible hours that don't work with normal work schedules. Will never purchase a "gift card" with them again. Would rather pay more in activation fees than deal with them.
