I received a notice to call to provide\confirm an ACH for my account. I recently added my fiance for his stimulus Hopefully you don’t need customer service during this time. I have spent two days trying to reach them. I’m on hold for hours, just to disconnected after all that time. Who sends out mass alerts for customers to call in, with a day window when the cant provide the service ??

I haven't received my replacement card and I called about two times before the Cornavirus. This was in Feb and the secondary temp card is charging me for every transaction. It is also an limit on the account to transfer money to another netspend account. I have called everyday 4x a day for two weeks with no one picking up. I have also emailed about this issue. I just want my funds and to close my account.

I contacted Metspend on March 31st because I got a text that my card was reported stolen. While I was on the phone with one if the agents , someone was speaking to another agent playing me and stole $1500 from my account with a me to me transfer. I disputed the transaction on and was told that it could take 7-10 business for the disputing team let me know. This was April 1, 2020. Horrible I've been trying to speak to a live rep since Monday 4/13/ 2020 I've been holding for a total of 11 hours. Sent 4 email regarding my account and accessing money no help. I will definitely be closing my account once I have access to my funds.

I think you are a fraud my account was open I just lost my card recoieved my new card on the 15 of april my stimulus check was supposed to go on there had the same account same routing info but since my new crd was not active yet they sent back my stimulus check thats not right since I had an active account

For the past five days I have been dealing with car activation issues, online account issues, and customer rep issues. Netspend never answer their calls and never responds to emails This is way before the Covid-19 situation. I’m just trying to get into my online account which they locked me out of.
