I've been with NetSpend for 9 years now. I filed a dispute not long ago because I made a purchase online with what I later found out was a fake business. They gladly took my money, but I never received the product. I received emails from a fake email account with a tracking number and everything! Very legit looking! This card is crap BUYER BEWARE do not get this card. Bought this for my son for fortnite, you are unable to withdraw funds to add to playstation account, and it charges you 2.00 and 1.00 for every transaction which it did not display for me to read before I bought this piece o ****. For the second time now my account is locked. The first time over a transaction that was $29.98 to verify that I attempted to make the purchase that they denied with well enough money in there. This second lock out now is due to the fact that I received a credit to my account from Verizon with one of the local Cellular Customs store.. Thry sent my 15 year old a card in tgr mail and whrn i eas called about them sending it to her them could not delete the accound.
I filed a dispute, the company I filed it on told me they sent the money back to the card.
But a net spend card loaded it with $500 got it out to use it the card says expired on 6/2020went to use card and it says card is expired called corporate office and they tell me they will send me a new card but the balance will be zero how is this we put money on the account and now they take your money off the account and keep it for themselves fraud For anyone planning to use a load at Car please do not use Net spend Very bad business
