Family arrived to no bedding or towels, Netlet refused to help. Since using Netlet to manage my holiday let, I have had complaints of it not being clean, and no toilet rolls left. I've been charged for waste and recycling to be removed after each booking, but on many occasions the containers were left overflowing and clearly hadn't been emptied for some time.
