Beautiful hotel with excellent food and exemplary service.
Only been here to charge my car and have a cuppa whilst waiting but it's rather pn the top end of hotels, very attentive and helpful staff, beautiful buildings both inside and out and great location right on the bank of the river. Definitely would recommend this place for anything you want to organise though I can't comment on price.
Our stay at Ness Walk was pleasant enough, but left us with a bit of a sour feeling like we had been severely overcharged for our stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels claiming to be five star by various governing bodies in hospitality, and while they did take our bags, and the lead concierge /welcome team at the desk was pleasant (one team member even helped me print something), very little else about the hotel was a 5 star experience.
