Usually when I go to this Nespresso dept there are at least 2 members of staff and even if busy I don’t have to wait too long. This week there was one member of staff who was making a coffee for a couple standing near the counter. I had no acknowledgment from the member of staff answered he continued to make a drink which was taking forever. No sorry I will be with you soon.
