5* Ben aka the coffee God - well done amazing service and a very happy customer walked out the store feeling the best I'd ever felt when buying anything. Left a parting comment to the lady by the door "This is how you should feel when you walk out of a store (with big smile on my face)" outstanding customer service very knowledgeable about the coffee & machines and helped me make a choice on my needs fast, ps just had my first coffee was amazing 👍
Coffee is great, but machines are not reliable particularly the steam wands Sage Nespresso machines are terrible Over £500, and two have broken Nespresso not interested, so no more coffee from them unfortunately
Great service and knowledge from Lamin. Really helpful in choosing most suitable deal on machine, coffee, accessories.
Received fantastic service from Lamin (coffee specialist) who showed great knowledge about the different products and helped us purchase our first coffee machine. We were offered a coffee to try in store and given some great suggestions regarding other accessories that we may like e.g. milk frother. We left as very happy customers - would recommend to family and friends!
