We went to Nespresso to get some advice on which coffee machine to purchase for our new house and came out with lots of goodies! The staff were impeccable (I cannot remember their names unfortunately) but the lady helped and advised which machine would meet our requirements and went above and beyond making us feel comfortable, even got us a coffee to try while we discussed. 5☆ is not enough. My wife and I 3 days popped into Nespresso Boutique Meadowhall to purchase a gift for a friend. While there we met the lovely Kayleigh. She sorted our purchase with a smile and as we had noticed the amazing offers on display, we had our first introductory demonstration and information gathering conversion with her.
