Very clean, equipment is great quality, not the biggest gym in the world but if it was in central London you'd pay 3 times the amount for the same set up. All the necessary machines are there, yes it would be nice to have a hip thrust, assisted dip or rotation machine but you can also make your own with boxes, weights and resistance bands. Friendly staff, decent layout, space and equipment. If I had to pick on negatives, I'd say it suffers from a chronic lack of mirrors to check form but I've been assured they're on the case to fix this. Would be helpful and safer if they had the safety stops/bars on the racks as well. I couldn't see any.

Really impressed. Very clean. Brand new equipment. Massive amount of weight plates so you never find yourself looking for plates. Plenty of room. It does need more cable attachments though (greater variety) and would benefit greatly from an assisted dip/pull-up machine.

Nice and cozy gym. Has most of the stuff you would expect. Probably could use one extra cable station and smith machine!
