Neo movers and all their staff did a great job on moving however the biggest issue we had was the estimate doubled. We clearly mentioned a heavy list of all items we had for a 3200sqft home, Neo would have wrapped it up with a larger truck however it was a mess on move day and they had to come back next day to finish the move. I had to have a long long phone call a handful of those to finally get it all sorted out. Neo owner was super responsive and respectful and so were the employees. Amazing moving service! Communication was always clear and professional. The movers themselves were incredibly hardworking and transparent about their timing. The whole process was incredibly smooth - something that isn't usually said to describe a move. I will definitely tell anyone moving to use Neo - they were excellent!!
