Came into the shop wearing a bent ring stuck on my finger. Went out with the ring off my finger and reshaped back to the original size. Thankyou so much for all your help

We went to Nelken Jewellers in Borehamwood yesterday with my mother-in-law’s earring, which is incredibly special to her as it was a gift from her late husband. She never takes them off, so when the catch broke she was really upset. Sandy was absolutely wonderful. She took the earring, fixed it there and then, and to our surprise refused to take any payment. I had some work done on my grandmother's ring and im absolutely delighted with the results, Mr nelken replaced the claws and and restored it back to a platinum setting. He is currently working on another ring of mine that I'm now very excited about going by my grandmother's ring. Very happy and Highly recommend.
