I had my nails done yesterday for the first time I was nervous to enter a nail salon but the lovely man who did my nails was really polite and kind and was very chatty to me was a nice first time experience for me. Definitely would get my nails done again here.

Very hit or miss, have visited multiple times. No point in booking an appointment, you are sat waiting for 30mins-1hr anyway. Went as a walk-in today and was waiting for over an hour with people who arrived after me being taken first (some also walk-ins). Have had to come back and have touch ups/repairs done multiple times.

I have been twice to have gel nails with chrome. The first time I had a young chap do my nails who took care and attention to them and did a fantastic job. Last weekend I had another appointment booked at 10 am. I sat waiting till 10:15 am until the staff even turned up. I was sat down to have my nails done at 10:20 am. The lady asked what I would like then proceeded to take my old gel off with a drill which really hurts and my nails felt really thin.
