Went to get my nails done for a infill today. The guy who did my nails was distracted the whole time. While filing my nails he was looking at everything around him but my nails and I would acknowledge it and he would stare me out . His filing has now left three very painful cuts along my nail line which are causing discomfort greatly . When he caused said cuts I gasped as it hurt and he said it was okay as they weren’t bleeding, personally I don’t think that was the correct way to manage an injury for a paying customer. Amazing nails and pedicures. Staff are friendly.
Wasn’t that happy with my nails as it seemed like he didn’t care very much even tho I said it was for my wedding. He also cut my finger as wasn’t watching what he was doing. I wouldn’t recommend or return to them. Shame as it was my nails for my wedding day
