Had my nails done here many times now and generally they’re very good, nails are always very nicely done even if the colours ect aren’t quite what I ask for but the most recent time I went the guy absolutely butchered my fingers, he was SO rough with me I felt like he was going to break my fingers with the way he kept twisting them round! I visited Nels Nails twice, before I made appointment. First time I just asked for price - to remove existing gel from nails, then have full manicure, finish with gel cat eyes. They said cost will be 33pounds. Okay, I thought it is fine. I came second time to book appointment, and double checked, yes, they said, 33 pounds for everything. When I came actually to do my manicure, she removed gel from one nail and said no, it's will be 45 pounds! First time visiting and it will be my last. Staff have no customer service whatsoever. They ask you straight forward what you want done and their manager or whoever owns the unhygienic business needs to train their staff with adequate skills NEVER to talk in another language! It is extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful!!! I am of different race and religion too and I respect that there are grammar and accent barriers.
