Sadly this service has gone down hill and not being managed effectively. Gone are the days of Millie Michael and Paul, who you could rely and guarantee an excellent service. Bao did my acrylics the last time I visited. He talked me out of what I wanted, but I accepted his decision. Nevertheless I wasn't happy with his service and went elsewhere for last two manicures. I had a last minute rush and desperately needed my nails done, just the basic. I'm so glad to have done it at Nel's. Eli is an amazing person, she accommodated me so easily and is very good at what she does. She was quick, efficient, funny and engaged in conversation without showing the need to rush. I would definitely be going back to Eli and I would highly recommend this place.
