We have purchased 3 vehicles from Neil Huffman Clarksville. The second one we had some problems with but they fixed them. My husband just bought a new Honda civic and he really loves it. Our salesman Kevin was very nice and helpful. In a few years we will go back and get a new Pilot!
If I could give zero, I would! The worst! They waste your time as a non existing customer as well as an existing customer. Go to Honda world! Luke was more interested in chatting on a personal telephone call than being helpful. Best price on a 2018 Honda with great customer service
My husband and I bought a new 2017 CRV June 10th. I was first in contact with Carline in the internet sales department, "she was awesome", and everything went from there. We found a vehicle and they gave us the lowest price right off the start with no haggling (we didn't have a trade in) over a thousand cheaper than anything comparable on TrueCar. Service at Neil Huffman Honda is always great. I have been taking my 2004 Element there for regular maintenance and recall work since I first bought the car there. They are always professional, polite, and do great work. I bought a new CR-V, so now I'll be taking it there for regular maintenance, too.
