I had a great experience at Neil Huffman Honda a few weeks ago. I typically dread car shopping, but Dean did a great job helping me find a car that I loved and guided me through the paperwork making it seemingly painless. I would recommend car shopping here to any of my friends and family!
Got "upsold" yesterday. Service told me my husband's car was due for differential fluid and transmission fluid replacement. Neither was necessary and I felt like an idiot when I got home and we looked back at our service records. Also tried to sell me a 100,000 mile service, which we are 10,000 miles away from.
While I wasn't able to get the car I absolutely wanted, the team worked hard and found a car that I've fallen in love with! They put in a great amount of effort to keep things affordable without sacrificing what I found most important. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They even got me out of my pre existing loan! My husband is thrilled as well. We'll come here again for sure. Shout out to Bill and Charles, you guys rock!

Overall I have had an awesome experience. Whenever schedule an appointment for my honda civic tgey always have it ready and done before 1 hour. Tavis brown is an amazing salesmen which sold me my honda so go TALK to him. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I sold the mechanic at Neil Huffman in Clarksville Indiana my old honda civic he gave me $600 in cash and never transferred the title over to his name nore gave me any papers to take to the clerks office so I didn't have to pay anymore taxes on it well I still am ... read more

I was very pleased with my first experience leasing a 2017 Honda Civic LX on Wednesday. The experience took much less time than I was expecting. Bill Cline did a wonderful job explaining all of my options and finding a vehicle that would keep me well below my budget. Kameron Huffman answered all of my questions during the financing portion. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and my rate.
