This is the first car I've bought from Neil Huffman Honda. The service was unbelievable! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and pressure-free. From the receptionist to my sales person Julian, to the service team everyone treats you with respect and values your time. Neil Huffman Honda's Service Department has always been fantastic and yesterday they performed an inspection on a 2010 Honda Civic that I was thinking about buying. I did buy the car and the inspection was a decisive factor in making the purchase. If you keep to the maintenance schedule on your car, this service department will keep your car going very smoothly for years. I am completely sold on their excellent quality of work.

I called and described an issue I was experiencing and was able to bring my car in right away.
