I always get treated like I'm the most important customer they have when I go for service. They are polite and friendly especially Scott. He was amazing helping me with my insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about him or the entire service department.

I had a good experience buying my certified Honda at Neil Huffman. I like that I get free oil changes. I just went for my first oil change and it was easy and quick. It would have been nice if my car got vacuumed during the oil change.
I would have given them a 4 or 5, but as I went to get the tags for my leased car, they didn't properly complete the title work paper. Then as I drive to the car lot to have it completed, the lot was empty of cars or workers. The phone numbers listed on my paperwork are all disconnected. Even the number that comes up when Googled does not work. Guess I have been scammed!
Had a wonderful experience at Neil Hoffman Honda! Tavis and Julian were great! I would most definitely recommend anyone to go here and purchase your vehicle! I will definetly be going here for my future vehicles!!
