They fixed my old Honda and gave me a free rental car to ride in until it was fixed (2015 Civic). We had a great experience and the car is running well.
Service Department is great at being terrible. I had a seat in my van locked in the forward position. I was quoted $700 to fix it. After popping of the seat cover in 3 minutes, I found the issue and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. These guys need to hand out a jar of Vaseline when swiping your credit card. From the counter guys in service to the mechanic everyone was rude. My suggestion find s local shop. I am trying to spread the word like wild fire to tell everyone to use anyone else for service.
Best experience ever - if you're looking to buy/lease a Honda in the Kentuckiana area, I would wholeheartedly recommend Neil Huffman Honda! Tavis and Shawn were great - knowledgable, patient, genuine and fair. I am in love with my new car!!

Tavis brown is the best salesman, but he doesn't act like a car salesman. That is the main reason why i have bought 5 cars from him over the past 7 years. Tavis and Steve, the sales manager, always bend over backwards for me. Everyone at Neil Huffman Honda is friendly and caters to your every need.
