Excellent service department! Service manager (Jay) was very professional, honest, and friendly.
They are fast and they explain everything to you that you need to know
This place is absolute junk! I had to do the service departments job for them by doing my own research on my car and figuring out the problem. Completely crooked and I feel bad for the folks who get conned by this establishment. They have no issue with collecting literally thousands of dollars without even offering the slightest of discount or credit of previous work performed towards the same problem that they couldn’t fix!
This is my 2nd car from Neil Huffman Honda, I have had excellent service on both occasions. My salesperson Carl Logsdon is wonderful, he has never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable and has always been upfront with us! I highly recommend Carl and Neil Huffman Honda!!!
