Do not buy a car off this dealership! I did and I have received the worst service I have ever received in my life! They do not do what they say they’re going to do. They will up sale you on items and not follow through on promises of up keep. They all about the money not the people the are supposed to consider a customers.
I bought my Honda Civic with the help of the sales associate Isaiah Barron! He was polite and very insightful and made my experience buying car great. Overall it was a great experience at Neil Huffman Honda!

I really appreciate the service we have gotten with Neil Huffman Honda, and specifically with Jay Howerton in the service department. We bought a new Honda Odyssey with them and when we later had an issue with the van, Mr. Howerton really bent over backwards to help us get it resolved and the van in good shape. Absolutely horrible experience! I was all ready to buy a car until we started talking numbers and the guys, including the sales manager were completely rude and would not even budge on a couple hundred dollars! I would never recommend buying a car from these people! A complete waste of my time! They tried to tell me I needed to find another car so they could keep their building lights on.. this was a complete joke of a sales experience!!! This is exactly why people are buying off carvana!
