I took my car in for maintenance 2 weeks ago and asked them to disconnect the negative charge on the battery since the keyless entry on the door handle was no longer working. They told me They couldn’t do that and recommended dropping my car off for several hours so they could take the door handle apart and also set it up on the computer to have a tech drive it for $100 an hour. If I could give Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville, IN, zero stars, I would. I am a 16 year old new driver and I saw the listing in AutoTrader for a 2008 Nissan Sentra VIN: 3N1AB61E88L608751. This car was listed for $6000 with an odometer reading at 66189. My mom and dad scheduled a test drive and away we went. They could improve by keeping their word. During and after our purchase, we were promised a couple things. When they didn't deliver on one prior to vehicle pick up, the only way they would follow thru was if we put the extra miles on the vehicle we purchased from them (we live in Columbus), instead of transferring the service to a Honda dealer closer to us. They also promised us a second key for the vehicle, then called us back later, recanting.

I bought a pre-owned Kia Forte Koup. They had the car priced lower than other dealers with same car having twice the miles. They bumped my trade up in value to help make the deal. Carl was the nicest sales person. The no haggle deal is true, and getting the deal done within an hour is also true, excluding the test drive. I also appreciated the very detailed Auto Check vehicle history report they gave me before even discussing the purchase. Thumbs up.
