Without a doubt the worst automobile purchasing experience ever. Extremely inexperienced staff. No follow through on terms of purchase. Buyers beware.
Our family drove 2 hours to test drive a vehicle, but quickly found that it was not as advertised on the website. When we asked about this after the test drive, the salesman simply said sorry and that he would update the listing, then returned the car to the lot and went inside. It has been 1 month since we made him aware of the incorrect information and the listing has not been updated.
RecommendedBought a used Mercedes from here and the air ride suspension went out 2 weeks later it wasn’t covered under warranty but y’all still paid to fix it at my mechanics shop that’s pretty stand up work in my eyes y’all definitely did right by the situation and would recommend this place and I’d definitely buy from here again
One of the top worse customer service experiences in memory. It’s too bad the sales manager, Charles, was to important to get up from behind his desk 10 feet away to save a deal on a 2019 vehicle. It wasn’t about the money, it was about respect. I drove 2 hours away to purchase the same exact vehicle elsewhere just to not do business with Neil Huffman Automotive. Rest assured I will spread the word Charles.
The entire staff was GREAT. Peggy showed us exactly what we wanted and helped us at every turn. She even came in on her day off to help. I don't remember all the other days but GREAT JOB!!
I had a great buying experience with Neil Huffman Honda. Luke handled all my questions via email and text just like I asked. He was responsive and really worked to finish the deal to my satisfaction. He even delivered my new 2018 CR-V along with the paperwork to my workplace! I highly recommend working with Luke!
First off, Kevin and Tavis are wonderful salespeople to work with and I recommend them both highly. Adam Burton in service is also wonderful as was Kameron Huffman when he worked there. Back in 2016, my fiancee leased a new Civic from there and Kevin was wonderful and we were his first sale, but Charles the sales manager has a horrible attitude and demeanor.
