Recommendedthe sales lady was great along with all the people in the office area we worked a deal so that we had new tires and an alignment but it took the mechanics shop 3 plus hrs to do this we got there at approx 1 PM didn't leave till after 7 PM not really impressed with the mechanic shop

I love my cr-v and they were nice enough to transport it from Frankfort to Clarksville for me. Courtney was nice to work with and helpful in getting my questions answered. Yusef swooped in and stole some of her commission I'm sure. He said we emailed back and forth about the car. What REALLY happened is: I requested info online, he emailed me and i just decided to go to the lot rather than emailing him back. Ok, so I had some issues with my new CR V that Honda refused to acknowledge as a factory defect (it happens). Neil Huffman Honda went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you to Kameron and Kevin from sales. Scott, Jay, Adam and Lin from service, you guys rock! The Huffman family apparently has several dealerships representing different manufacturers. No matter my next car choice looks like they have it covered, and that’s where I’ll be.. thanks again guys!!
