This place is legit! Tiffany understands the meaning of customer service and the staff is always friendly... an added bonus... they do a thorough job on the nails! Very impressed.. would recommend this place to anyone~
I really enjoy the staff at Neftin Volkswagon. I am always greeted and treated like a friend with exceptional service. The service department is always so quick with everything and always returns my vehicle in the best shape. I can tell they really care about their customers. :)
I had to drop off my car earlier than anticipated and Frank couldn't have been more accommodating! He was friendly and pleasant and made me like I wasn't inconveniencing him. When I picked up my car my car was ready at the scheduled time. The guys in the service office greeted me immediately and radioed for my car to be brought up. For years I avoided getting regular oil change services from car dealerships. This is my first experience with VW service, specifically Neftin Westlake. It is always a pleasure to go there and receive prompt, affordable service. The employees are very courteous as well. Thank you.
Steve Pfeil took the time to explain to me exactly what had to be done to replace my rear view mirror, which had fallen off the windshield and actually had a technician demonstrate. Since I was due (overdue, probably) for an oil change, I arranged to have both jobs, the mirror and the oil) completed the very next day. When I dropped the car off, I asked that a third unrelated task (replacing a driver's door switch that had lost its' substandard VW "soft-touch" coating) also be undertaken. There was some confusion about when I should bring in my vehicle for its very first inspection and I ended up with 7,000 miles on it before it was checked. Personnel at Neftin left no stone unturned (several phone calls clarifying the need for service) in making sure my Tiguan was attended to in a very timely way. I especially appreciate this attentiveness as I did not have it at my former dealership and instead used a private maintenance service to take care of warranty requirements. I took my car in on a saturday around 11am. John (Garcia?) was awesome. Got me in and out quick, fixed the fuse that was broken so I can now charge my phone while driving, got my car done quicker than promised, and even got it washed. You guys are great!
Steve was very kind, professional, and made certain to tell me all that I could expect while my car was being serviced. I bought my CC at Neftin (my favorite car ever!) and I don't imagine I will ever buy a car from anyone else. Neftin is the best! Thank you for being stellar in every way.
John Garcia was terrific. He is very kind and helpful. I found the service to be excellent and I have gone out of my way to continue having my vehicle serviced here because of the quality of the service and the exceptional customer service provided by John.
