I have been a customer of NEFTIN Volkswagon for many years. I jsut wanted to express my thanks to your service department and parts departments. Frank in service went above the call of cuty to help me in getting the proper information in ordering parts for my ANCIENT Volkswagon radio replacement, harness, and fuses. Frank made the stress of determining what to do. An informative experience!

I was contacted in response to my most recent service survey, and wanted to share that he was very pleased with his experience at Neftin VW. Even though it was on a Saturday with limited services and very busy, the dealer kept him informed at all times what was happening with his vehicle and went over everything with him when the vehicle was done. The dealer personnel were very helpful and professional, as he loves his 2012 Golf, and his wife is thinking of purchase a new VW vehicle now as well.

Jill was truly oustanding to work with. I engaged her three months prior to purchase. We discussed what I'd like to purchase. She followed up with me to confirm that I was still interested. I came in and we made it happen. The Turbo is a surprise birthday present for my wife! Jill's professionalism and honesty made this the "Best" car buying experience I've ever had and I personally drive a Lexus 460.

John Garcia is an excellent service rep. and treats his customers with respect and always considers their needs. I have had several occasions to have work done with John as my service rep. and will always ask for him and recommend him to all my friends and family. The service is always taken care of in a timely manner with John keeping me up to date on where they are at with the service. Neftin and John Garcia are truly the best in the business.

I never met my sales person Izzy before the day I stepped on the lot so this is completely unbiased. His kind demeanor and gentle approach made the purchase possible and pleasant. Don't ever remember that happening at any dealership.

Brad Silver is a professional. He responds to phone calls and his follow up skills are exceptional. Your service department is second to none. This is our 4th Volkswagen in the family from Neftin. It's a great dealership with dedicated employees.

We first met Max, the sales consultant, who was by far one of the most knowledgeable and none pressuring people we have ever met. He explained everything so well and always with a smile. You should be tankful to have someone like him on your staff. We also worked with Bradley Silver who also was very helpful, easy to talk to and very good at what he does. Overall, we can't say anything bad about our experience at Neftin. Thank you!

Jill was a dream to work with and very knowledgable and friendly. She was easy to communicate with and I felt was honest throughout the process. I also appreciated John Swanson's efforts and explanations during the finance part of the closing. Great team to work with.
