This shop is extremely unprofessional. I left a deposit with the agreement to buy gold at the daily rate, but when I returned, the owner refused and unfairly changed the deal. Both he and his son treated me with shocking disrespect and a misogynistic attitude, even threatening to call the police for no reason. I left feeling humiliated. I will never return to this place. Even one star is far too much for this shop. Avoid this shop — there are many others that value honesty and respect.
I called the day before to ask if they pierce baby's ears and they said yes. When I went the next day they didn't say a word to us when we entered. Then proceeded to greet and serve people who came into after us. After 20 mins of waiting and asking when we would be seen they told us they would not be able to pierce her ears.
Visited here to find out if the jewellery I had was even worth anything... The young man I spoke to (the one with a facial difference) didn’t really pay much attention to checking my jewellery properly...He just kept repeating (a bit like a parrot) that he only “specialises in gold” - he had to make his point clear 20 times over, like he has a Masters degree in being a Goldsmith or something...
