Very nice experience.
The two workers who came to my house were fast, thorough, and pleasant. I'm sure all the employees are fine, but I hope I have Jessica and Felecia on a continuing basis. I sustained severe injuries in a vehicle accident several years ago, which have resulted in my inability to climb, stoop, and bend. It is such a relief to know my house is going to get a good cleaning every other week.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from NeedsMetServices. They did an excellent job!

It is always frustrating to me as a business owner, when a client is asked to do a thorough walk through, she does, says everything is wonderful...that her home has never been so clean, and then get less than a 5 star review with no phone call to voice any complaint....This was a first time clean in a challenging situation, and the thing missed was one ceiling fan. Since she is happy to have us continue the service, we'll make sure she is 110% the next time we visit.
Great Job! Competent and invested the time to make sure I was satisfied. Extremely reasonable rates.
