Owner was prompt in reply when asked for estimate and spent time discussing what I needed on a weekly basis.
The girls were very good at communicating what would be done. However, they had to return for areas missed. Even after the second trip, I still found baseboard, cabinets, drawers, etc. that were not wiped down.

This was the day after Christmas, and yes, things were more hectic than usual, but no complaint was made as this client was completely satisfied with the service!

all house cleaners are not equal. we have had a dud or two, but they were promptly replaced. the young ladies that clean now are very good.
Management could use additional training to develop more effective communication skills related to customer service. Staff person who actually did the work was fast, thorough, and friendly. When I plan future work I will especially request this person return.
They are on-time, friendly, and are quick and efficient.
The team that has been servicing my residence is top notch! This group of ladies take pride in the work that they do and it shows each and every time. I would recommend these superb ladies to anyone that I know. Thanks for a job well done!
