I spoke with Benita to schedule the appointment. We talked about what I needed and she explained that they wipe cabinets inside and out, sanitize all surfaces, clean baseboards, etc. They arrived on time. I went over what I would like to have done. I gave them a check sheet that I usually use. They assured me it would not be a problem. I set a timer (as they were being paid by the hour). I did not hover. No argument here. This lady had some legitimate issues with the service. She was reimbursed.
The owner never gave my key back like I was specifically promised should I not continue the service. I have an alarm so they can't enter anymore. She sent different people to clean my house and they missed things. She has one girl that was very good but I can't remember her name. I would have just hired her to do the work but I was not pleased with the others that showed up and we discussed using the same person each week.

I am stunned. Ya'll won't believe this....but this was 10 YEARS AGO. I AM NOT JOKING. Inactive clients are archived at the end of each year. We were not able to find her, because no last name was provided. Got in touch with Home Advisor who was able to figure out from looking at every person I had ever contacted who's last name started with M. Good dependable cleaning service.
They have only been one time. I am hopeful that it will remain as good.
They were very friendly and were very accomodating.
Hiring them was excellent, customer service was very good. Work performed wasn't as I expected and I didn't get an invitation for a walk through upon job completion that could have made all the difference

The service providers are well trained. We ALWAYS ask the client, if home, to do a thorough walk through before issuing a check. This client was asked and actually did do a walkthrough, and everything was fine. This was a one time cleaning. I called to get clarification on his review, but never received a return call.
The team I had was slow, not familiar with what is required to clean a house. They didn't seem to know what to do next. They would leave a room without doing the glass on things,.. just anxious to move on. They cleaned nothing below the waist. Very disrespectful of antiques. They dragged my antique table over the bricks of the fire place... I'd had enough. I called the supervisor and told her I was firing her team and to send another team out to finish the job. Company was derail but there was initial schedule detail and appointment confusion. Additionally they only take cash or check.

I believe the reviewer meant to say that the "company was detailed" (typically considered a good thing)! If I knew the identity of the reviewer, I'd be happy to address the scheduling issues we may have had. Since I don't know who this is, I am not able to do so, and am not aware of any scheduling issues over the last week with a one time cleaning.
