They were very prompt in responding and returning phone calls. The contractor was very timely and reliable. I'd recommend them to future customers.
First, I do want to say the individual who cleaned my house couldn't have been kinder. Very nice and talkative. However, the cleaning techniques are not something I would have repeated in my house: using diluted Murphy soap on my antique furniture (which left awful marks on them), a floor that wasn't clean when it dried and a buffet that hadn't been fully cleaned underi it (it shows when you walk into the room). Service providers are trained using current professional training models and paid on a performance basis. Client was offered 3 choices for cleaning antique furniture. Murphys is what she chose (instead of green cleaner we prefer). The only floors not carpeted were in bathrooms and kitchen which were done on hands and knees due to condition. Called in sick on Saturday and came out on a Sunday. My quote was for around $100 but my bill was $200. I expected 1 person but 3 came. I specifically asked for walls and baseboards to be cleaned but they were not. They were very nice and seemed busy the entire time but my house was not as clean as I specified.

Move-in/Move-out jobs are quoted at an hourly rate. A ballpark estimate on time was given based on sq. ft., which, sight unseen, varies upon the condition of the home at time of cleaning. 3 people were sent because customer stipulated that the work must be completed by a specific time. 1 person could not have finished in time. They were very professional. They came in and went right to work and worked hard throughout the afternoon and did a great job of cleaning my house.
They were able to help me get ready for a dinner party at VERY short notice and just came in and did what needed to be done to make the house look nice! I plan to use them for regular cleaning services.
Good presentation of services. Pleasant personality and connections. Began work at my home on Nov. 9, 2009.
