This format FORCES ME TO GIVE A .5 STAR. In reality, I give them a big fat ZERO on all counts. I have already sent you a long accounting of what is wrong with these people. They arrived 4 hours late not leaving adequate time to accomplish the work. One stayed 2 hrs/l min. The other kept working but by 6PM I told her to leave. The living room nor dining room had been cleaned. The kitchen floor had not been mopped. The bedroom carpets had not been vacuumed. 2 of 3 bedrooms were not dusted. Very nice, efficient people. Did a wonderful job cleaning the house.
They were late with no advanced noticed- but did do a fair job for the size of my house. They did miss a complete bathroom in the media room, and did not clean under any furniture- But had a friendly demeanor.
Business response:
The client had stated at the time that appointment was booked that the arrival time was not critical, as she would be home all day, so I was not aware of any timing issues. The bathroom was, indeed missed. The door was closed and it was simply overlooked. Client was given a 50% discount on the entire cleaning.
Owner came out to consult with me before the cleaning job was scheduled.She took note of my requests. The cleaning person that was sent was nice and stated that she wanted the do a good job for me,and she did. I would recommend this cleaning service to my friends.
I experienced major miscommunication with the owner of NeedsMet when she came to my house for the estimate. Of course, I didn't realize it until the following week when only one person showed up to clean my house rather than two (and thus she was unable to finish cleaning the house in the designated amount of time). While the owner was eager to work with me to "make things right," I am so frustrated that it's a little too late for me. I take full ownership of this miscommunication. A first time clean is always priced by the hour. In this business, cleaning time is always based on actual "man hours" spent on a job. For example, if a job would take one service provider 8 hours, it would take 2 service providers 4 hours...the total man hours is still 8 hours.
