Sincere desire to do the job right and as needed! Needs Met is an appropriate name for them.
The young woman was very nice and did a good job...but not a great job. I was scheduled for 2 people to arrive around noon. Only one young woman arrived at 9:30 (2 1/2 hours early). I was supposed to have a "deep clean"...but it ended up being just an average clean. Beds did not get made as I asked. She worked without a break, so it was not an issue of lack of effort. I was just hoping for a more thorough job.
The girls cleaning were excellent! Would definitely recommend this company to everyone!
Even though delayed, the ladies came and worked quickly. They followed instructions and made sure they asked questions before making independent decisions. At the end of the day, the house was decluttered as much as they could do without a truck and without my husband's final approval on what he's willing to let go of. I would highly recommend NeedsMet Services.

I had my first service yesterday and was very happy with the work. The team. Kristen and Angel, were friendly, incredibly hard working, and always had a smile on their face. The work they did made my house look great! When I saw them pull off and clean the oven knobs, I knew it was going to be a great cleaning. I found the girls to be untrustworthy and unreliable. Sometimes they wouldn't even show up and never even called to say why.
They started out very good, but then sent a different lady and things went down hill.
