i had an appointment. I arrived on time. didn't get called. i approached the desk and asked why i haven't been called two hours later. i signed in they lost my file. the staff was so loud, laughing and taking burger king orders and wasn't keeping track on the people in the lobby. I walked out and will NEVER go back and will not refer anyone else to this office. Un professional staff
Dr. Mozen is the most unhelpful podiatrist I have ever met. Had a very bad experience with him. His method of measuring for orthotics is inaccurate and antiquated and when questioned about the fit he becomes sarcastic and rude. His solution is to send you out to buy $500.00 shoes instead of working with you.
He fixed an ingrown nail and everything was fine. I did not have any pain during and after. He answered all my questions and the staff was helpful.
