Dr Mozen has an awesome bedside manner and is probably one of the nicest doctor I have ever encountered! Like with every doctor appointment, be prepared to wait a few minutes before you are seen.
Dr. Mozen is very good at what he does. His nurses rock, too. The office staff, however, have made a few slip ups(I show up for an appointment with an appointment card, yet they insist I don't have an appointment. Once, I did nopt receive a call letting me know my orthotics were in..a week after they arrived, I called b/c I thought they should have been there by then). Over all, though, the care of a good doctor is worth the headache I have had from the office staff.
Dr. Mozen and his staff made my first surgery ever a stress-free and near-painless experience. It's been less than three months after surgery for halux rigidus and I am jogging again!
Dr. Mozen said he would fix my foot issue, and he did! He and his staff made me feel important, valued and respected. I had tried 3 other doctors, with no luck or success. This man and his staff worked miracles. I never waited more than a couple of minutes, the staff and doctor were always friendly and knowledgable. I cant say enough positive things about this man. Thank you!!
Dr. Mozen has performed a bunionectomy surgery on me back in 2009 on one foot. Since I've had such a remarkable outcome without anymore pain that I recently had my other foot done and it's healing great. Dr. Mozen always answers questions throughly and expresses great concerns and recommendations when needed.
I have seen Dr. Mozen for a number of foot/ankle conditions/injuries and the treatment I received each time was beyond my expectations. Dr. Mozen is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The medical and office staff are helpful and considerate. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Mozen.
Dr Mozen overlooked a very large bone spur behind my Achilles tendon. The spur was shearing my tendon. He took an ex-ray but went no farther in explaining the results of the x-ray. He seemed more focussed on other problems. I was in severe pain and was told Orthotics would help (which he tried to sell me.) He did not refer me for an MRI. Finally after two months of excruciating pain another Dr. referred me for an MRI. The staff was reasonable. What really bothered me is that I went in there to discuss bunionectomy, but I was first shown a video about orthotics! After talking to Dr. about the Surgery, right away the nurse brough a needle, and with a blink of an eye he said this is just to check how your toe would respond, did not even give me time to say yes or no, he stuck the needle in my toe joint!
