Have had 2 properties done by these guys. They have a great range of carpets. Great service and prices. Couldn't fault them. My go to place now and I always recommend to friends and family.
The staff are unprofessional especially this light skinned Asian man always behind the counter. You ask him a question and he says I'm not serving today! Haven't bought flooring from here for this reason I can tell there will be problems. spend a little more and go elsewhere imo

Very poor customer service. We were told the carpet fitters would arrive between 1–6pm. I rang to ask for an approximate time and was given no clear answer. There was no communication from NFC at all, I had to keep chasing. Eventually I was told they’d arrive at 6:15, then 6:30, and they still hadn’t shown up. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. I wouldn’t use this company again.
