I had 4 rooms laminated the guys who came to do them did a great job came on the day and time that was arranged did a fastantic job customer service was brilliant at the shop. But the furniture shop cross the road that they also own was pain in the ass I had order 3 beds a table and 6 chairs I had to wait for them for weeks they don't answer the fone if they do they pass the buck to some one else or give excuses who delivered my beds was very rude in the end I got intouch with this lovely guy who works for them AMZ what a Go... read more
Great customer service and next day delivery went into the shop at 5.30pm and waited for delivery next day 11-6 pm .. they came at 4pm .., took out the old sofa a put on the front garden .. 2 people Amo didn’t catch the name of the other man . 1 drill setup and ready for use in 20 mins .. they took the boxes and plastic with them .. pleased with my purchase and the service given
Could not recommend this company enough and we will be recommending this company to family and friends and we will personally be using them again in the future. Cheapest quotes in Birmingham for our newly renovated 6 bed 3 storey house. Amazing quality carpet and underlay and Metab and Habib (I’m sorry if I’ve spelt your names wrong) were absolutely brilliant fitters! Very polite, friendly and professional. Thank you so much! Ordered carpets from here as they were competitive in price!. paid and organised a delivery and fit date as usual and got the rooms empty on the day. They forgot my delivery on that day so i had to call and remind them a few times as I couldn't get through to them. Eventually they agreed to come out on the day and deliver and fit but said they could only do one room!
