Great prices and staff are always nice and polite to me
Very poor customer service. We were told the carpet fitters would arrive between 1–6pm. I rang to ask for an approximate time and was given no clear answer. There was no communication from NFC at all, I had to keep chasing. Eventually I was told they’d arrive at 6:15, then 6:30, and they still hadn’t shown up. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. I wouldn’t use this company again.
Good prices, good quality and quick turnaround. Used these several times and I have no bad words to say
Couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ams. Quality guy, tended to our every need, made great recommendations for us looking after an ill family member. Proper people person, restored a lot of our (my sister and I) faith in humanity.
Very bad customer service, specially after paying deposit. They don’t take return. Tried to return few 5 laminated not open flooring boxes they didn’t take it. Never again buying my floor here. Don’t recommend.
