NBKC rocked my refinance from beginning to end. It was not a simple one due to a divorce and also being newly self-employed, but Brandon went above and beyond getting me qualified and managing the process. He was also super patient in dealing with my not-so-patient ex as a co-signer. NBKC's technology and on-line experience was top-notch.... Very slick, user-friendly and never had any bumps or issues. Really a great experience all around, which is something I never thought I'd say about a mortgage process!

Andrew at NBKC was great to work with, communication was always there and he moved everything along quickly. Not a lot of back and forth, no requests for last minute info. Everything was pretty much up front and taken care of the first time. Loan closed and funded just when he said. No issues and would use again. Thanks!
NBKC is an excellent bank to deal with for new and refinanced mortgages. I have personally refinanced 5 times with NBKC over the years as well as referring about 15of my clients to them.
