Rate was excellent and the portal easy to use. Rob was also easy to work with and generally responsive and provided good customer service At times Rob was not able to meet the odd parochial requirements of the folks in Hawaii in a timely manner which caused some stress, but overall an excellent experience and would definitely use him/NBKC again and have already made several referrals

We'd worked with Kevin K**** at NBKC a few years ago when we purchased a new home. We'd since purchased another home through another lender (recommended by our realtor). The experience with them was less than ideal. When it came time to refinance, we thought of Kevin and reached out to him to do our refi.
