I was very pleased. With our refinancing experience with NBKC and Barbara R********. Primary positives: Easy to work with, no pressure. Good rate with low costs. No unpleasant surprises, a few pleasant ones. It did take 2 1/2 months and require a lot of documentation, but that seems to be normal for refinancing these days.

We worked with Matt H. at NBKC to refinance our mortgage and the entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward. Matt answered every question we had, usually within an hour. We were blown away but that level of responsiveness. The closing process was fantastic as well; we were able to sign all the documents digitally while meeting virtually with the notary. Would highly recommend NBKC to my friends and family.
