Ty did a great job of keeping me posted the entire way. He was quick to answer questions, and very competitive with rates. Generally speaking, it was a painless process and I would definitely use NBKC again if/when the need arises.
Our rep was terrible at communicating & had a serious problem with not listening and taking blame for his mistakes. He took time off without giving us a heads up and did not explain the process well causing lots of anxiety and headaches. At closing we had debt to pay & they required the title attorney to mail checks costing us money in daily interest. The payoff list was changed prior to closing and one debt was left off.
