I worked on a refinance with Joe Z****. I had a fantastic experience - Joe was extremely responsive despite what is clearly an enormous workload given current demand for mortgage refinances and the holiday season. He was able to quickly address my questions, worked with me to explain steps (as this was our first time doing a refinance), and helped us get the low closing costs that we aimed for.
