Great experience with my application. The process was easy and my advisor Travis S**** was very responsive, and reachable. I recommend NBKC for your finance needs.
From initial application to final closing, all steps have been handled timely and professionally. Loan officer has kept the communication line throughout the process providing updates on any needed information, completion of steps etc. Overall loan expenses are competitive and I am happy with what we received.
Our refinance process could not have been easier but what stood out the most was the responsiveness of the lead person working with us, coordinating everything. Rather than forcing me to accommodate NBKC’s time zone he was very available at odd hours. We couldn’t be happier.
